Shipping

Please allow up to 2-5 days from purchase date for your fish to be shipped. 

Some clownfish may be in backorder due to low inventory, you will receive an email if the fish you ordered is in backorder with a time frame of when we expect to have it in stock. As soon as your item becomes available you will receive a notification of shipment along with your tracking number. 

We conduct the proper health inspections and quarantine for all your livestock and begin the proper packing process to make sure your fish will arrive to you live and well.

Most Orders are sent via UPS. Customers will receive an email notification with shipping details once the package leaves the Matthew's Reef facility.

UPS packages ship Next Day Air . The packages generally arrive within 1 days from the ship date.

  • Any orders placed on Thursday - Sunday will be shipped out the following week if items are in stock.  
  • Matthews Reef typically ships out packages Monday - Wednesday (possibly Thursday) 
  • Saturday Delivery not offered. 

All packages require a signature upon delivery, so please ensure someone is available to receive the package on the day of delivery.

*If needed, we can schedule a specific delivery date that would work best for you. Alternatively, we can remove the signature requirement upon request; however, please note that doing so will void the warranty, as we would no longer have confirmation of safe delivery.

International shipping

Please contact us at Matthewreefs18@gmail.com regarding international shipping. After receiving shipping details we will notify you if we are able to ship to your location along with cost and paperwork needed.
